Courteney Cox And David Arquette Reportedly Have No Prenup
Courteney Cox has filed legal papers responding to David Arquette’s and makes no mention of a prenup. He could get half of her $75 million fortune!
Having been separated since October of 2010, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are finally going through with an official divorce. David filed his papers Friday and, today, it’s been revealed that Courteney took to the courts on Friday as well, filing her response and revealing some shocking information.
According to TMZ, Courteney made no mention of a prenup in her documents and, if that’s true, everything they’ve earned while they’ve been together for the past 12 and a half years would be considered community property and be split 50/50. Courteney is reportedly worth $75 million, while David is only worth $15 mil.
It appears both Courteney and David are handling this like adults, both asking for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Coco, and possibly even having filed together. However, should the absence of a prenup prove true, David could be walking away with quite a considerable sum.
