  I personally believe that you should embrace family and friends... looking to the good in one's life instead of the sad memories. She is very brave to open herself and show some happiness. It's a lot harder to be happy and so very easy to be sad or depressed. I don't think Heath would have wanted his family especially the mother of his child to be sad all the time.

  Ann did you ever watch the news coverage about the mother in Houston : her twin boys were murdered, well she went to the grave site and had balloons and was laughing and was spraying silly string. She ws convicted of murdering her kids by the jury because this was considered not normal.
