The celebrity secret isn't exercise and diet, it's c-section and tummy-tuck! I'm sure personal trainers and chefs help, but seriously, they all have tummy tucks!
Hey listen I was normal weight when I was pregnant and I lost 20lbs after my daughter was born ......if you want to keep normal eight you can if you want to
Anyway I HAVE GAINED about 10 lbs since two months and its because I am eating pure junk ,anywayz I have started the gym so I WILL be losing it soon
And NEVER bottle-feed if you don't need to. Some things will just have to be offered(like sitting still for periods of time) for the well-being of your kids, or postponed. They're more than fashion-items.
I didn't do anything to lose it at that time
due to depression and psycho-trauma.
Now I'm recovered from that, I'm ready to
lose the excess. But I guess, it helps not really
giving birth but be cut open, restorated and
restitched on demand. Most don't even have
markings on their bellies. Get out of here, don't lie
and say you worked it all off on yourself.
exercise exercise exercise i may not be a mother but from what see sitting around breastfeeding all day doesnt work for most people. my sister didnt breastfeed her baby and she ways less than she did than before she had her baby
well.....I have 2 kids 7 and 1, I weighed 118 before the 1st kid and I weighed 125 before my 2nd child got to 186 during the last trimester and now 1 year later I weigh 145, i want to shed 15-20lbs. to get back to the old me, but it's been so hard :( bummer. It is harder after the 2nd kid.
I have three kids (6, 3, and 5 months). I weighed 140 before each and I am at 140 now. I make everything I do a workout, when I am pregnant and when I am not. Eating healthy is fine too but it all boils down to being stress free. Cleanse your mind, think positive and everything else follows. Focus on your target spots but do not over exert yourself (like, wait a while to do sit ups)
it is a lot tougher to lose the weight after the second one, especially for those of us who don't have nannies to watch the little darlings while we work out.
