  A totally unfit parent who has done nothing to help her daugher, excuses her problems and I'm sure living off Lindsay's funds. She's no different than Lindsay's father, both living vicarously through their daughter, her media attention and her funds. Nothing Lindsay or her parents says or does is newsworthy.
