The Spice Girls perform to a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden. Their farewell tour is being cut short so the girls can focus on their families. Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, and Geri Halliwell all have young children to care for.

Ha Victoria got pregnat and they had to cancel their tour for a bit. The reason she's wearing that is to conceal the baby bump, duh. In a concert a while back they said she was having a baby/expecting, Remember(?) or was that a slip-up and not supposed to be known or something cas theres a baby boom now, why would she be keeping it a secret(?).
