Britney's Digital Diet: Britney Spears' new video for "Piece of Me" appears to have used a little digital magic to slim down the pop singer. The newly released complete video shows off a much slimmer Britney, as compared to the footage that was released last week, according to a report by E! Online. The Web site claims Britney was digitally shrunk and slimmed for the final release of the video. No word on any digital removing of wigs or Starbucks cups.

Helena Bonham Carter & Tim Burton Have A Baby: Someone else who might be feeling a little smaller is Helena Bonham Carter. The actress gave birth on Saturday to a baby girl, according to a report by People. This makes two kids for Helena and director Tim Burton. The actor's rep told the mag, "They are absolutely delighted they have a daughter. It's a lovely Christmas present for the family." Their next collaboration together, "Sweeney Todd," opens this Christmas.

Jessica Simpson Football Bad Luck Charm: Jessica Simpson was in the stands for Tony Romo's football game on Sunday, but the pop singer's presence did not help the QB, with Dallas losing to Philadelphia, 10-6. It seems Tony might have been distracted by Jessica's pink number nine jersey. According to a report in People, one female fan reportedly yelled at the QB, "Worry about the game, not your girlfriend!" Snap!.

Tom And Katie Get Their Dion On: Tom and Katie were also in the crowd this week, cheering on the Celine Dion farewell concert crowd in Las Vegas. The couple attended Celine's final Vegas show on Friday night, according to a report in People. The crowd went Tom & Katie crazy, screaming when they walked in. Tom waved to the fans and signed autographs, but joined in with the standing ovation when Celine took to the stage. It appears even Tom knows there's only one spotlight when Celine takes the stage.

Alec Baldwin Offers to Host Golden Globes: Alec has come up with a good solution for the Golden Globes, if the Hollywood writer's strike isn't settled by the time the award show rolls around. The actor has offered up his apartment on the West side of Manhattan as an alternative location, according to a report on The Huffington Post . Alec is even catering the event, but says he's going to need everyone's order ahead of time. The stars can pick from:

1) Tuna Salad, whitefish salad or egg salad (choice of one)
2) Ham, turkey, bologna, swiss cheese (choice of two)
3) Potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw (choice of two)
4) Pickles, relish, mustard, mayo, rye bread...all complimentary.
5) Beverages are as follows: Liter of red or white wine or 6 (six) cold bottles of Amstel (promotional) complimentary.
