Report: Lindsay Lohan To Play A 'Manson Girl'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Lindsay Lohan has lined up a new movie role, as a Charles Manson follower, E! News reports.

Lohan is expected to play Nancy Pitman, a member of the Manson family in a movie called "Manson Girls."

"Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay," film producer Brad Wyman told E!.

A rep for Lohan confimred to Access Hollywood, the actress is slated to star in the film.

Pitman was a young member of the Manson family, who some believe planted fake clues for police, after several of the "family" killed actress Sharon Tate, though Pitman herself was not believed to be involved in the murder.

Before she shoots "Manson Girls," Lohan is expected to finish up recording her third album. She will also start shooting "Ye Olde Times" with Jack Black later this year.
