Report: Lindsay Lohan To Join 'Ugly Betty'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Lindsay Lohan is in discussions to join the cast of "Ugly Betty," for more than just an episode.

TVGuide.com claims several sources confirmed to them that the actress is in "advanced discussions" to appear in the ABC show's season finale on May 22.

Lohan may also appear in a number of episodes in the show's third season. TVGuide.com claims Lohan could be lining up as many as eight episodes of the show.

Character details are being fleshed out, but the magazine claims that Lohan may play a fast food worker who becomes pals with series heroine, Betty Suarez, played by America Ferrera.

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for ABC said Lohan was not confirmed yet.

Earlier this week, Naomi Campbell joined the "Betty" cast to film her cameo in the show's finale.

Yea, but the thing is, sure everyone makes mistakes. But these women have young girls looking up to them as idols, who want to be them. If they are gonna put themselves in that kinda light have a responsibility to be a GOOD role model for these young kids. The mistakes they made are not little, they are huge ones that keep on being made.

You people are just too judgemental. Lindsay made mistakes, brittnay, mades mistakes. My God, I bet you even made mistakes. Leave them alone and five them a chance to show people that they are maturing. They are young people and young people do stupid things. Lindsay is a great actress, but she needs help. She makes a mistake, and she is being sent to the rail yards. She is only 21, and yet she is not given the breaks that Britney and Paris, who are 5 to 6 years older do.
