  Those kids look as though they raised themselves and then when tv crews came in, were told to act normal. They are both social outcast. I'm sure they have both had offers to have makeover's. It hasn't helped. Oh and by the way, Jack is gay, no make over or hair do or weightloss is going to make him look any less gay.
