  Whatever folks, that's Dolly Parton. She can dress however she wants. She has for years, and that isn't going to change. I'd be sad if she changed her looks based on what OMG says. lmao Any real fan of hers loves her and her outfits, it's the whole package. Her sweet voice and angel like ways more than make up for it.
