  Hair and makeup look nice at least but the outfit looks confused. It could have worked without the jacket and clunky looking shoes. It's like she tried to pull off sweet and edgy at the same time but didn't have the right pieces for it. Some knee high buckly boots would have been a better choice than the jacket but the clutch is nice.
