  Oh and by the way "sarcastically preppy" get a clue it is a mod suit and the tie works great he should have chosen a different shirt though. A solid ecru or a light yellow shirt would have made that outfit pop. Also Huggy Bear would be dolled up as a pimp which would have involved flared loose fitting pants a very wide tie and a shirt with very long pointy collars.
