  I think the man or woman that reported her, should be arrested and put in jail.. He should not be stalking people just so he or she can get a headline. Its wrong and should be stopped. Heather Locklear is intittled to some privacy and who ever you are, maybe contacting a family member to take her home and get some care would have been a better choice instead of embarrassement.
