Although due in LA for a court date on Thursday, Lindsay Lohan decided to attend the Cannes Film Festival instead. When she missed her hearing, LiLo first claimed she'd lost her passport, then said her father had someone steal it from her. The judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest with bail set at $100,000.
