DJ AM and Travis Barker hit the stage on New Year's Eve -- their first performance together since the near fatal plane crash last September. AM, aka Adam Goldstein, took to his blog last week to clarify the terms of his negligence lawsuit. Goldstein blogged, "this suit is against the insurance companies that insured the pilots. Of course they should sue the pilots' insurance companies. This crash caused them both significant pain and suffering and also lost pay!
