Drew Barrymore and Justin Long were all smiles at the premiere of her new TV movie "Grey Gardens." The exes are shooting the comedy "Going the Distance" together, but Drew clarified they're just friends. "I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand," she told Us Weekly. "It seems like, 'What is the deal with them?' But we just adore each other. We're in each other's lives, and we're friends, and we're working together, and we have worked together."
