        Read the books. He was able to speak Parseltongue because he had a piece of Voldemort (a Horcrux) inside of him. Once Voldemort accidentally killed the Horcrux in Harry in Deathly Hallows without realizing it, Harry no longer had the ability to speak Parseltongue.
