  I am a rider and I gotta say, yes his posture is terrible, yes his heels should be down, and no you dont jam your foot deep into the stirrup. When you have fame or money, you can pay to ride like this...but you can get seriously hurt. You lack balance, and positioning, which is a safety issue, its not just about looks and aesthetics. One mishap and this guy is doomed.
