  y'all can say what ever you want nick did the stand up thing and plead guilty and agreed to the jail term that the victims parents asked for.don't forget that was his best friend that is sentence enough if you ask me to live with that everyday.i'm sure everyone has lost someone close to them in there life imagine by your own mistake!!!
