  Drugged out...look at how her face sags. She looks like walking death. I live in DC and she'd fit right in at the local rock house. The connection between she asn Heath was what it was and we ALL know what it was and that's why they called her- they knew it too. For the record-She wasn't in rehab for an eating disorder it was for COCAINE as the facility reported.
