I worked at a soup kitchen once, and the homeless people generally do NOT prefer to have their photos taken. Many of them are hoping to get out of the slump they are in, and would like to not have people make assumptions about them (if they were to see their photo in the local newspaper.) There's more that these stars can do, and hopefully they are doing it... but this is also a good thing.

At least they were there for Thanksgiving -- and didn't have to be. I admire them and wonder why more famous people didn't help.

Celebs keep up the good work. I hope you can keep helping the needy on other days & during different circumstances. By the way those who are asking where are the homeless in the picture, they cannot be shown or be photographed, (it is not allowed for their dignity = common rule for every setting for the homeless).

The homeless and hungry are there 365 day's a year, not just Thanksgiving. I hope they can utilize their resources to bless these people more than one time a year.

This is all fine and nice, but who feeds the homeless the rest of the year? At least some of the celebs do this.....
