more Michelle Rodriguez has also checked in and out of the slammer over the years. The "Girlfight" star went to jail for 48 hours and was placed on three years' probation after pleading no contest to a hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, and drunken driving stemming from two incidents that happened in LA in 2003. Unfortunately, the actress received another DUI in Honolulu in December 2005, which landed her in the pokey for five days and found her in violation of her Los Angeles probation. Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days, but only ended up serving one day behind bars due to overcrowding. Found in violation of her probation again -- she hadn't completed her community service and had not followed an alcohol education program -- the "overcrowding" rule allowed her to serve only 18 days of her 180 day sentence. What a record!
