      Yup, you pass out condoms to everybody, then arrest them for having sex with someone 2 years younger than him/her. School is for reading, writing, math, history, and real science. Not anything else. Our kids can't read, but they sure can reproduce! Condoms don't encourage safe sex to youngster. They just encourage sex.
