  She's messed up around the mouth area- doesn't even look like herself. I never noticed that exaggerated chin before - I thought Reese Witherspoon & Drew Barrymore had the pointiest chins in H'wood. but you can add Meg to the list with whatever the hell she did to her lower face.

  I think Meg is great, however this is not the best pic of her. She looks better when her hair has some bounce and curl. Look at her hand, too bad they don't have hand lifts too.
