  I USUALLY like her, but this is a horrible outfit and a horrible picture. She has on too much eye makeup. Those shoes don't go with that dress, and the dress shouldn't have been made. NO ONE would look good in it, so it's not your fault, Jess. Just don't ever wear it again! You're BETTER than that.
