"I'm a Republican voting for Mitt Romney," Minaj sings in her song "Mercy." The Commander-in-Chief wasn't fooled for a second, however. When asked about the song during an interview with Orlando radio station Power 95.3, he speculated that Minaj was simply playing a character, as she often does in her songs, when she spouted those words. Minaj responded to the president via Twitter, and wrote, "Ha! Thank you for understanding my creative humor & sarcasm Mr. President, the smart ones always do… *sends love & support* @barackobama." less
