I'm curious as to what "rights" you are denied that married couples have. I can understand that you may be denied certain liberties, which is understandable given the nature of your chosen lifestyle. You have to understand the government can deny the liberty of marriage to anyone they want. The mentally unstable are denied that liberty (I'm not comparing, just using it as an example).

Sure you don't, you just don't get to enjoy the privelages that marriage extends. The government has decided that a male-female relationship is better for the society than a same gender realtionship. Mainly that it is capable of producing more taxpayers. For this reason a male-female relationship is granted the liberty of marriage and the benfits thereof.

Koranith fact is you are completely ignorant about legal implications of marriage, I do not have the same rights as other married couples that's a darn fact.

danny 28, you are so right about the role models!! people forgot how to court someone the right way, get married, know your spouse, THEN bring children into it. the family that prays together, really does stay together!! (actually in all religions!)

Homosexuals have the same rights as everybody else does. If you're talking about marriage, that is not a right. It's a liberty. A right is something you're entitled at birth by God, a liberty is granted to you by a government. Rights cannot be taken away, liberties can. Don't confuse the two. Governments have the right to not allow individuals to marry just as they can disallow individuals from getting a gun permit.

people read and look at lots of things that they don't support.if they looks to see who is gay; doesn't mean they are interested in being gay.you do watch the news and there's always something on it that isn't worth watching yet you watch it anyway.how else do you develope an opinion if you don't examine two sides.homosexuality is silly to me,but that's op.

TR is an amazing person. He came out on his own accord. I think he handled the situation well; he let the network handle things. The network fired Mr. Washington, not T.R. And how about Mr. Washington taking some responsibility for his hate speech. Its those feelings which fuel hate crimes.
