Pacifiers are for the parents, not the kids.

how old is their oldest? honestly these hollywood kids are spoiled..what does that big child need a pacifier for?
let him grow up!

the pacifier affects the upper palate, not the teeth. So it does effect them at this age.

Wow! Way to shut up your kids!! Cant deal with the noise, pluge them up like a bottle of champagne. Why not try a muzzle?? Just as effective!

Pacifiers?? Wow! How old are they? I love the way parents shut their kids up by plugging them with these stupid things! I have 3 kids and NONE of them ever had a pacifier. If you can't deal with a kid crying or making noise, don't have any!

Whether or not the children feel more secure with a pacifier, is really not a big deal and definitely not an indication of poor parenting. What I love here is that these boys' parents are together and obviously happy. That alone provides what these boys, and all children, need. So I say bravo!! That is good parenting!
