After the judge handed down a sentence of 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab, Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, resigned. LiLo was then going to be represented by Robert Shapiro, who was part of O.J. Simpson's legal "Dream Team." Unfortunately, he has reportedly stepped away from the case as well.
