  misslady...its not how ordinary people should dress for a fashion week or a grand scale party... it doesn't have to be bonggazious or over the top nor expensive but one should not be underdressed like this... it's called appropriaty in our social graces class... i'm not rich but i go to an exclusive all girl school and we are taught the proper way to mingle in a high societ
