Clearly enjoying her new independence, Katie, who filed for divorce from Tom Cruise on June 28, is getting used to life as a single mother — and, boy, is it action packed! The 33-year-old actress and her 6-year-old daughter, Suri, have been all over New York City, including the snack shop Sundaes and Cones in the East Village. On July 3, the gals shared a seat at the treat spot while they snacked on some goodies, and Holmes clearly didn't look brokenhearted, wearing a huge smile on her face during the visit. less
