Jay-Z looked dapper in a tuxedo and shades as he performed onstage at Carnegie Hall on Monday night with a 30-piece orchestra, who did a medley of Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind," Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York," and Gil Scott-Heron's "New York Is Killing Me."
