    Hip, hybrid bike hits the streets

    A hip, user-friendly hybrid of a bicycle and scooter, the "Pibal," designed by Phillipe Starck and Peugeot, will be available to the public from September 2013. The bike has a central platform allowing the rider to push it like a scooter during heavy traffic, and has fluorescent tires for security at night.
