Former "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz shows off his short 'do and environmentally-friendly wheels after a trip to the store. Unfortunately, the 22-year-old opts for plastic, not reusable grocery bags.

You're right, trillions of dollars wasted. While we could be using it to fund AID's research for another 30+ years with virtually no results. Drilling more oil wont solve anything as far as gas prices go. Down the line, someones gotta get paid. By us.

This is a very silly caption --- plastic bags can be very environmentally friendly as long as they're recycled. In fact it's easier to recycle and takes less energy to produce and recreate than paper bags. In addition, even reusable bags need to be produced and kept clean, which all takes energy. Being holier than though is sometimes easier than being well informed.

What does it hurt to fix a problem that is not a problem? Trillions of dollars spent on programs that do nothing, while people starve and die of curable diseases. If you feel good driving a smart car muniz thats great. I would drive one to save money on gas, since the environmentalists won't let us drill for the oil that we have. Screw the caribou.

I love global warming. No rise in temperatures in 10 years, with a 4 percent increase in carbon. No rise in ocean temperatures, despite the rise in CO2. Polar Bear populations are THRIVING. Al Gore is a hypocrite. The only thing bio-fuels is fueling is global hunger. Global Warming ROCKS!!!!

The negativity directed at those of us who have made a conscious decision to be a lesser part of the problem is just ridiculous! Although we try to take the environmental impact of our actions into our decision-making (and we're not perfect), our actions shouldn't affect you negativists in any way -- unless you feel guilty, that is, which is your freakin' problem.

The SMART car gets mediocre millage because it is so heavy. It's just Hollywood feel goodism. The true green is the money that the green preachers are making.
