  Yeah. The lady right next to Fergy doesnt look too good. But alot of times what people dont understand is the location. They are in Paris. Therefore their fashion is different from us Americans. Europeans like to dress alot more sophisticates even some of them like to dress art, like artistic they express their art by the way they dress.
