Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Halle Berry and former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have been fighting over their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, for the majority of the little girl’s life, ever since the couple decided to split in 2010. In June, a judge ordered the actress to pay her ex, a former model, a reported $20,000 a month in child support for Nahla, of whom they share custody. And earlier this month, a judge denied Berry’s request to relocate with Nahla to France, where her fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez, is from. (Berry, 46, had cited she wanted to make the move over concern for her and Nahla’s safety, since two men who had been convicted of stalking her had been released from jail.) On Thanksgiving, the couple's battle came to an embarrassing head when Aubry and Martinez got into an all-out brawl on at Berry’s home and both had to be hospitalized.
