Much like Joe Simpson, the suddenly single father of Jessica and Ashlee, Poppa Lohan seems a little too obsessed with his daughter's life. It's just sad how he's always been quick to make statements through the media, instead of talking to Lindsay. And he's made quite a career out of talking about — you guessed it! — his daughter. His latest ploy for media attention was to talk to TMZ during a failed attempt at an emergency intervention for LiLo.
