  She still is in pretty good shape to be that far along, but that's definately the wrong dress and shoes for her..Wedges..or any chunky shoe for that matter, sometimes bring attention to flaws in your legs.

  i agree, the heels are irresponsible during pregnancy. the dress isn't flattering (belly button pertruding). but, she was great in the movie "eastern promises".
