When owner Esther Tognozzi refused, the singer picked up the shears and said, “Then I’ll do it.” Now, over five years later, Tognozzi says fans still come to her salon wanting to sit in the same chair Britney did, and it’s been disruptive to her business. “We don’t answer the phone,” Tognozzi, who still has Britney’s hair, tells omg!. “And we keep the doors locked,” even during business hours because tourists stop by all the time.
