As Britney was in the deep throes of her mental breakdown, her constant companion – besides the creepy Lutfi – was an adorable little Yorkie puppy named London. But she didn’t always treat it like woman’s best friend. In August 2007, just one month after she got it, the SPCA had to get involved after it was reported that the pooch had suffered a broken leg – and Britney had not provided proper medical care for the pup (she was later cleared of any wrong-doing). Britney’s mother Lynne later claimed that Lutfi hid London in a closet at Britney’s home and told her that he was missing … only to later “find” the dog in order to win over the upset pop star. It’s unclear if she still owns London (or any of the other dogs she had at the time) or if she found them new homes. Let's hope they are healthy and happy wherever they are! less
