  most people dont know this, mostly because the media never reports it since it does not fit the image of Paris Hilton they try to portray, she has been doing charity fundraising since she was a child. So all you haters need to get your facts straight before you start running off at the mouth and prove to the world what idiots you are. She works with children, breast cancer foundations,AIDS etc.
