4. He got a lot of new tattoos
Tattoos are said to be addictive, and Bieber didn't hold back this year. It started in early January, when Bieber debuted a large tattoo of the face of Jesus on the back of his left calf. Then in June, he added the world "Believe" to his arm to commemorate his third album.
