3. He puked on stage during a concert
This probably isn't one of Bieber's highest moments, but it's certainly one we'll remember into 2013. In late September, Bieber turned his back on his Glendale, Arizona audience and threw up right on stage, in the middle of a song. Usually, a little bit of nausea is enough to keep us on the couch for the rest of the day, but Bieber quickly composed himself and finished the show.
