In 2012, an unlikely connection was made between two former teen stars that took a turn for the wild: Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes. Having disappeared from Hollywood since her sketch TV series "The Amanda Show" and movies like "What a Girl Wants," Bynes suddenly emerged back into public consciousness with a string of alleged driving incidents. In April she was charged with a DUI and a hit-and-run in a matter of days, and another hit-and-run in August, which means she could be spending almost all of 2013 in jail, or otherwise continuing her streak of odd behaviour.
 
But all that seems like child's play compared to LiLo, who already started 2012 off with a DUI sentence from last year. In March, she allegedly hit a pedestrian and fled, and a major crash in June sent her to the hospital and totaled her car (while Lifetime's "Liz & Dick" might have totaled her career). In 2012, the roads were not paved with gold for Lohan and Bynes, both 26, but hopefully they'll take Goodyear up on their offer and make 2013 a safe one. less
