Instead of gathering around a feast and saying thanks, Halle Berry's family was in a fistfight in front of her front door during U.S. Thanksgiving. After a bitter custody battle prevented Berry from moving to France with her fiancé Olivier Martinez and four-year-old daughter Nahla, the ordeal finally came to blows between Martinez and Nahla's father, Montreal-born model Gabrielle Aubry. Both men sustained injuries, but Aubry was sent to the hospital with cuts, bruises, and an injured hand and rib. What's more is that instead of settling the dispute, it only caused more legal troubles between the exes that will have to be dealt with in 2013. less
