      mom looks great, daughters dress is too tight in the bust area....when you don't have a lot going on there, it just looks poorly designed or sized....

        Doesn't it look like the whole dress is wrong size for her? As slim as she is, she looks packed in there and the dress is forced into folds at torso and hips. Probably given a sample size and just had to make the best of it.
