Kate isn't a skinny model so when you cut her in half, like this dress does, you make her look a bit chunky...which I'll bet she is not at all. Its just not flattering. Don't care for the hair either. Oh well, guess you can't get an A every time.

I like the dress, but I hate the shoes, they really draw your eyes to her feet in an unflattering way. I don't think the dress makes her look fat, just curvy, which she is.
