  The dress is not pretty,she wears her hair the same way all the time,she does not take risks or chances with new choices of clothes or make up so now I would not say that she has nailed down how to dress well.This dress for ex. is hideous!I bought a dress for $30 which looks a million times better than this so it is not about how much about you spend but how well it fits and looks on you.Duh!
