  I just seen the video and there was no way Benji could have known that he ran over the guys foot. There was too much confusion, lights and noise.   I've seen the video footage of this incident and I must say those paparazzi are definitely way out of line. The couple is gracious enough to let them take their pictures and I see that the car is moving at a slow pace. So if anyone got hit, its their fault. Those dumb vultures.
