Town & Country bestowed the title on the beloved royal, writing, "Prince William's baby brother flirts and flies Apache helicopters with equal aplomb."

They later reference his now infamous naked partying pics in Las Vegas, joking, "He loves dressing up — in everything from ill-fated fancy dress to his birthday suit."
But Prince Harry isn't the only royal on the list -- Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark and Prince Amedeo of Belgium also made the cut.

Other celebs to make the top 40 include Tim Tebow, 25, Patrick Schwarzenegger, 19, Conor Kennedy, 18, and proving age isn't a factor -- George Clooney -- who's still technically a bachelor at 51.
